Say No to Nail Polish Remover with Acetone

The alcohol in sanitizers is another one that dries the nails and makes them brittle. So avoid using sanitizer too often and instead try washing hands. If you have to apply sanitizer, then moisturize your hands to reduce the effect.

Avoid Soaking Hands in Water
The good for health water can harm your nails if you indulge in activities that keep your hands wet. The reason is simple - when hands are exposed to water for longer, they're dehydrated and nails also lose moisture. So next time you're going to do dishes wear gloves or put some moisturizer on your hands.

Massage with Coconut Oil
Before going to sleep, warm some coconut oil and massage your hands and nails. Vitamin E and antioxidants in coconut oil improve nail strength and growth. SO you start seeing the difference very soon.
